Privacy policy

The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we don't sell any of it.

• Waitlist & saved trips: if you give us your email, we use it to send you your saved itinerary and occasional product updates. Submissions are processed and stored for us by Formspree (US). Heads-up: when you save a trip from the demo, the trip you built — stops, nights, month, budget — is sent along with your email, so we can return it to you. Unsubscribe anytime; we delete on request (email hello@thaitinerary.com).
• Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless visit counts and page stats. No ad profiles, and no cross-site tracking on our part.
• Affiliate tracking: our booking links are monetized through Travelpayouts. Its script loads on every page; when you click a partner link (12Go, Agoda, Klook, SafetyWing…) it attaches an anonymous click ID and may set cookies in your browser so the partner can attribute a booking to us. It tells us "someone booked," never who you are. Once you're on a partner's site, their own cookies and privacy policy apply.
• Trip preferences: the answers you give the demo planner live in your browser and evaporate when you close the tab — unless you hit "Save my trip," in which case they go to Formspree with your email, as above.
• Payments: there are none yet — nothing on this site takes a card. When paid features launch, payment will go through a dedicated processor and we'll update this policy before charging anyone a baht.
• Hosting: pages are served by Vercel, which briefly processes IP addresses in ordinary request logs to deliver the site.
